Enjoying self-loathing

I just wasted the past hour on the Internet. It felt good. Ignoring responsibilities and forgetting about time is becoming a common theme in my life. It creates odd feelings inside me, it is quite nice and at the same time there is this overwhelming feeling of self-loathing that I have for myself for wasting time. I've weighed the costs and benefits and I can't come to a decision. I know what's better for me, but that part isn't that important. Suggestions?

Tanya, This is the red angel on your left shoulder talking... Don't feel bad about wasting time on the internet. I think I waste at least 3 hours a day on the internet, reading about other people's lives (people that I don't even know).
